Throughout human history, cultures have marked significant thresholds with sacred rituals—moments when the veil between the old and the new grows thin, inviting reflection, renewal, and transformation.
Join us for a sacred gathering as we honour Imbolc, the midway point between winter and spring—a time of reflection, renewal, and transformation. Much of nature is pregnant with life and Imbolc means "in the belly". This is a time to think about what is gestating inside of you. What dreams, intentions, or creations are waiting to be birthed? What is the "bun in the oven" that you wish to birth this year?
In honour of Brigid, the Celtic Goddess of fire, healing, poetry, and inspiration, we will come together to kindle our inner fire and weave intentions for the year ahead.

Al Rūḥ is a space where storytelling, spirituality, and ancestral wisdom converge to inspire healing, connection, and transformation. Rooted in the Arabic word for “spirit,” Al Rūḥ bridges the realms of spirituality and anthropology. Here, we honour the eternal essence that binds us to our ancestors, the earth, and each other.
